The personal data you provide will be processed for the purpose of initiating, carrying out, or concluding a business collaboration, as well as for maintaining our business relationships in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR. This includes, in particular, contact details (e.g., name, phone number, email address), information regarding your role within the company, and the content of communications. Our legitimate interest lies in the efficient organization of business processes, communication with contact persons, and the maintenance of supplier and customer relationships. To the extent that data is required for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, its provision is necessary for the performance of the contract. Without this, cooperation may not be possible.

No automated decision-making takes place.

Your personal data will only be disclosed to external third parties if this is necessary for the performance of a contract or to comply with legal obligations. No further disclosure will take place. The personal data you provide will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization, nor are there any plans to do so. Your personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes. Statutory retention obligations (e.g., under commercial or tax law) remain unaffected. Upon expiration of these periods, the data will be deleted or destroyed in accordance with data protection regulations. Pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain information regarding the processing of your personal data. In addition, you are free to exercise your rights to rectification, erasure, or, if erasure is not possible, to restriction of processing and data portability in accordance with Articles 16–18 and 20 of the GDPR. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact our Data Protection Officer. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority at any time. If you believe that the processing of your personal data is not in compliance with data protection laws, we would kindly ask you to contact our Data Protection Officer. You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, insofar as this is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
